Return and Refund Policy

Customers can exchange or return any product that is damaged or unopened within 7 days from the date of receipt (as per the delivery document). The product must be in its original condition as received. The company will process exchanges/returns under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged, defective, and cannot be used normally.

    • The product was sent in the wrong model, color, or size.

    • The product or its packaging is damaged.

Products That Cannot Be Returned:

    • Products on sale during the End Of Season (EOS).

    • Products purchased using online credit from a previous return.

    • Products that have been cleaned or show signs of use.

    • Products received over 7 days ago.


Return Process for Domestic Shipments

Please ensure that you meet the criteria listed in our return policy before proceeding with a return.

Online Return Process:

    1. For registered customers: Log into your account and select “My Orders.”

    1. For non-registered customers:
        • Click “My Orders” at the bottom of the website.

        • Provide your order number and the email used for the purchase.

        • You can also contact us at 087-561-7888.

    1. Select the order containing the product you wish to return and choose “Return Item.”

    1. Fill out the online form and specify the reason for the return.

    1. Click “Submit” to send your return request.

    1. After receiving an email confirming your return request approval, send the product back in its original condition along with the shipping document (received in the package) to the following address:

    1. Once our team receives the returned package, they will inspect the product and the return request.

    1. After the inspection is complete, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of the returned product. This inspection process takes approximately 3-5 business days.


Return Policy for International Shipments

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we currently do not offer a return and exchange policy for international shipments. Please check product details carefully before purchasing. Refund Policy

Once the inspection process is complete, the company will issue a refund within 14 business days. However, if the returned product is damaged, used, or in a condition different from its original state, the company reserves the right to refuse the return or refund as requested. In such cases, non-refundable products will be returned to the original shipping address of the order.

Refund Methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, QR Code (Prompt Pay): You will receive online credit equivalent to the product amount. Registration is necessary to access the credit, which will expire within 30 days.

    • Other payment methods: Your refund will be issued directly to your card or account.
