A complex and compact beer with layers of dark roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, and dried fruit that made our cellar masters laugh. The beer from the very best barrels was blended and infused with vanilla beans and chocolate nibs, 100% fair trade and from controlled organic cultivation: as always, sourced from our local chocolate factory Zotter. A beautiful beer with a deep, round chocolate presence, while the vanilla softens the edges and weaves sweetness and warmth through the natural intensity of the imperial stout. The bourbon connects everything with notes of oak, caramel, and soft whisky. Eira is a slow sipper, made for long evenings, where chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon come together in perfect balance.
