• Bespoke slings, including those with head support and additional straps, are non-returnable. To ensure the correct fit and suitability, please contact us prior to purchase for sizing assistance or product guidance.  

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.

• Products must be returned in their unused state, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.

• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
