Does this come with the rotor and caliper, or just the knuckle?

This is a loaded knuckle with hub and bearing already pressed in, plus the brake bracket. You'll need to source the rotor and caliper separately if yours are worn or damaged.

Can I install this myself, or do I need a shop?

Installing a knuckle assembly requires suspension work—you'll need a lift, jack stands, and basic hand tools. If you're comfortable removing the old knuckle and caliper, the swap is straightforward. A shop takes about an hour per side.
