Yes, this assembly uses the same connector and mounting tabs as the factory unit. Plug it in and secure it to the existing brackets—no rewiring needed.

Do I need to buy the bulbs separately?

Bulbs are not included. You'll need to transfer your existing bulbs from the old headlight or purchase them separately—standard H4 or 9003 bulb depending on your model year.

What if the lens is fogged or cloudy when it arrives?
