Will this glass work if my mirror backing is damaged?

This is the glass panel only. If your existing backing or housing is cracked or bent, you'll need to verify the backing is still solid before installing new glass. Check for cracks in the mirror frame itself.

Do I need adhesive or fasteners to install this?

The glass mounts at factory attachment points. Confirm your existing hardware is intact before ordering — you may reuse fasteners if they're in good shape, or grab new ones to be safe.

Can I swap just the bottom glass, or do both need to match?

Tow mirrors on F-150s split into upper and lower glass sections. You can replace the bottom half independently — no need to buy the upper glass unless it's also damaged.
