Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Cab Sauv is crafted from exquisite locally grown grapes with close cooperation between winemaker and grower. Crushed within hours of being picked, then warm-fermented and aged 30 months in American and French oak barrels for a supple tannic mouthfeel that harmonizes with the wine’s local flavor DNA.  This wine has medium body and aromas of black currant, blackberry, and plum complementing cedar and chocolate earthiness.

Cabernet Franc. Consistently one of our best varietals, our phenomenal 2013 vintage was honored as Pennsylvania’s Best Wine, and we think this version from the great 2017 vintage will be even better. Deep base notes of raspberry, capsicum and mocha open up to aromas of crushed herbs and cedar. Rich complexity and subtle tannins have developed from 21 months aging in new premium Mercier French oak barrels.

Pinot Noir. Grown in one of the premier Pinot Noir regions in the East, this exquisite wine showcases lively aromas of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry grounded with earthy sandalwood and leather notes. The wine has a round, full bodied structure complemented by silky tannins.  Aged for 15 months in premium French oak barrels to achieve a refined, light oakiness nicely balanced with fruit.  A versatile food partner; try with lean or smoked meats, creamy buttery dishes and Asian entrees.

Our Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir have both been medal winners at the prestigious San Francisco Chronicle Wine competition.
