• Insulated sides and bottom
• Rear drip collector on pan body
• Tapered access rim
• 240V, three phase (3Ø) standard

Patented stainless seam welded capsule lid with:

• Actuator-assisted counter balance 
• Full width condensate drip shield and rear steam vent  
• Stainless steel safety handle that are dual side mounted

Constructed of 304L stainless steel: 

• Food contact zone with 1 1/2" compression draw-off 
• Seam welded component enclosure and tubular frame

Standard features include:

• Adjustable thermostat (175°F to 400°F)
• High limit safety thermostat
• Two (2)  front adjustable flanged feet 
• Approved use as a fryer
