Magnets catch small steel particles and help prevent oil pump damage. Each pump is bench tested before it is shipped. The relief valve is seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi with full pop off at 55-60 psi. The optimized passages; port holes and galleys requiring them to be matched up to the Feuling 588056 High Flow cam plate. Note: When running the Feuling HP+ oil pump you must use Feuling 588056 high flow cam plate. Note: Gear drive cam requires the use of 566113 block-off plate.
