The Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Central Band was established in June 1951 and has been performing for about 60 years as one of Japan's representative brass bands. The first time in 10 years, a selection of march masterpieces has been released. This is a selection of standard pieces that everyone has heard before. After graduating from Musashino Academia Musicae (majoring in trumpet), he went on to the Ground Self-Defense Force Candidate School, and in 1980 became a member of the Central Band. In August 2007, he was appointed to the position of Commander of the Central Music Corps.
