Description of the FD 3300

The Formax FD 3300 Air Suction Folder replaces the popular FD 3200 Folder. It offers increased speed and a higher level of performance over its predecessor. The FD 3300 has a feed tray capacity of 625 sheets and will process up to 18,600 sheets per hour and can even handle heavy and coated stock since it utilizes a side air enhanced feeding system. It is pre-programmed with 6 standard folds: C, Z, Half, Fold-Out, Gate, and Double Parallel and the enhanced memory can store up to 30 custom folds.

A color, LCD touchscreen control makes set up quick and easy. Automatic Paper Size Detection and Optical and Ultrasonic Double Feed Detection ensures document security. A built in 4-digit counter does batch, addition and interval counting. Other features include enclosed fold plates and built-in fans which provide quieter operation. Seven-point fold stops and four fold rollers provide clean, crisp, precise folds.
